I provide support, empowerment, and information to nurture families through birth and into those first sweet days. I offer services to women and families in Ansbach, Germany and look forward to supporting you through your pregnancy, during labor and after childbirth.
My Services
How I Assist
As a respected Doula, I pride myself in providing you and your partner with care, understanding, information and support throughout, during, and after the birthing process. Our initial meeting will help me tailor my packages to fit your needs, as every pregnancy is different. To schedule an initial consultation, or to learn more about my practice, please contact me.
Postpartum Doula
$40/hr for local support within 20 miles $50/hr for further than that!
From our initial meeting all the way through your pregnancy and delivery, I take the time to get to know you, your concerns and your needs. During the postpartum appointments, I help with whatever mom and family needs. Errands, light housework, prepare meals for mom and family, help with other children, etc. I’m always available to contact by phone/email throughout and will provide everything you require to make sure your experience is as calm and positive as possible.
Lactation Consultations
$10/hr
During these special moments breastfeeding helps with bond and health and well being of the mom and baby. I offer support in lactation from Lip/Tongue tie exams to latch and milk production and answer any questions you may have. I will always respect personal space and will always ask before doing anything to make sure you are more comfortable.
Lactation Counseling For Military Families.
Free lactation support for members and/or there spouses
As a military wife myself, I understand the struggles of not always having someone to help when needed. I am offering my services to all military, spouses and veterans. Contact me for more details and my rates.
birth doula
$1800 for private pay, Tricare coverage available for those eligible!
As your doula, I take the time to get to know you, your concerns and your needs. This includes 4 Prenatal appointments to discuss different techniques to help with labor, your birth preferences, and my role on your support team. On call starting at 37 weeks until delivery and stay up to 2 hours after birth if needed. Book your Free Consultation to speak more in details.
Placenta Services
$350
I offer placenta encapsulation, other methods of consumption or non consumption ways to get the benefits from your placenta. Along with your choice of any of those methods, also included a canvas, a cord keepsake, and a tincture.
